Terms and Cancellation

SEAWARD BNB ROOM RATES/BOOKING/CANCELLATION POLICY

2023 Room Tariff for BOTH ROOMS:  £100 to £110 Sterling per night for each room with a maximum of Two person occupancy (except for small babies).

Minimum TWO night stay and MAXIMUM TWO persons per room. For longer than 4 night stays, returning guests and single occupancy - please message me BEFORE booking as I might be able to offer a reduction if the dates required are not during HIGH season here.

FULL Payment is required at time of booking and is non refundable for bookings made within 30 days of required dates (see below:**) In the unlikely event that the owner has to cancel due to an emergency  - the full amount will be reimbursed. The owner would also do everything possible to book you into another similar B&B if possible. 

It is advised however that you take out your own insurance to cover you should you yourself need to cancel. 

CANCELLATION POLICY** :  See above PLUS:

NO SHOW BOOKINGS - NO REFUNDS.

NO REFUNDS unless advised/requested within 30 days of booked date. If this is the case, a full refund will be returned minus an admin fee of £50 (Sterling)

Less than 30 days of booked dates - NO REFUNDS will be due - unless the cancellation is due to medical emergency, in which case, the full amount will be returned minus the Admin Fee of £50 Sterling.

OUT OF HIGH SEASON:  Diary availability will be on the seawardbnbskye.com web page but you could also ring the owner (01470 582 369 ) to check whether or not the room(s) are available.  Lower rates might also be on offer and one night bookings might be considered. Also, longer stay offer/rates might be available after discussion and agreement between the owner and the guest.  ONLINE BOOKING is Via my Booking Agent - Freetobook who use STRIPE. I pay any card costs - so the guest pays only the room rate.
